Prototype: German Federal Railroad, Class 45
This is the largest German locomotive ever built.
Model: Märklin #37450
Comes with Digital decoder, sound decoder; chuff and whistle syncronized with engine, glowing firebox and high efficiency propulsion
Notes:
I have two serious issues with this lok;
1) a serious sideways orientation of the lok when running on straight track after coming out of a turn. It does not straighten itself out.
2) The top of the lok shows a mold seam. In those areas where there are little or no details, the surface is smooth. It is as if the person responsible for polishing was afraid of smoothing out the molded in details.
